Anonymous apologies. This gives you the chance to apologize to someone without revealing who you are.
Do I have to register?Not at all. If you want to send an anonymous email enter the person's email address. If you want to receive an email when that person responds, enter your email address. Your email address will not be part of your message, or visible in any way. It is only to receive a reply notification.
Then why do you want my email address?We don't. But the site needs it if you want to be notified about a response.
Will you spam or share email addresses?No. We'd rather bugger a porcupine than engage in such practices.
Can I be rude, market my wares, spam or otherwise do something stupid through this site?You do have the ability to do that, however we reserve the right to remove any posts that:
- Shares personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
- Are harassing or threatening in nature
- Whatever you may think of that does not fit in the above categories, but is contrary to the nature of this site. This site is about apologizing to someone. If you want to blame someone you should go to itsyourfault.org. And if you want to spam someone, you should go fuck yourself.
No. We don't know who it is so we can't tell you.
Why do you post the apologies?Even though the apologies are anonymous, you may gain some sense of satisfaction from apologizing in a public forum. That and schadenfreude.
